Why build these at all?
Almost every personal finance calculator online is written for an American audience. They quote USDA food plans, US electricity rates and dollar figures, and none of it transfers to a continent where food costs 26% less in Romania than the EU average and electricity costs four times more in Ireland than in Hungary.
Each tool here states which Eurostat dataset it uses and which numbers are official versus estimated. Nothing you type is sent anywhere — the calculations run entirely in your browser.
